By enrolling in and accessing the AccelHERate® course (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

All materials, content, and resources within the Program are the intellectual property of Worthmore Strategies.

2. Use License

Downloadable materials provided as part of the Program are for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial).
  • Share, post, or distribute Program content (including video, worksheets, or group recordings) outside of the Program.

By participating, you grant Worthmore Strategies a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your likeness, voice, and contributions for educational, training, marketing, or future program purposes.

4. Confidentiality and Group Conduct

This Program is a collaborative learning environment. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all participant information, stories, and discussions. Sharing any participant’s personal or professional information outside of the Program is strictly prohibited.

You also agree to engage respectfully and constructively with other participants. Worthmore Strategies reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disrespectful or disruptive behavior without refund.

All materials and content in the Program are provided “as is.” Worthmore Strategies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
